Why Vale Clearances? I'm proud to both lead and employ an incredible bunch of individuals who collectively feel like family. Meeting people daily, sharing the company's vision, values and ethics and seeing the response we get is truly humbling, keeping me very grounded and determined to make a difference on a day to day basis.
Fun Fact: I once rode 180 miles coast to coast on a £20 mountain bike. It was for a very good cause and great fun alas the bike didn't make it home and I've never done a bike ride since!
